2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames, emails, and passwords. Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. Sharing credentials or unauthorized access to accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Proper Use of the System
eDocTrack is intended for lawful and secure document processing. Users must not engage in activities that may compromise the system, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations.
4. Document Submission and Processing
All documents submitted through eDocTrack must be accurate, authentic, and compliant with applicable regulations. Users are responsible for the content of their submissions. eDocTrack ensures secure handling but does not assume liability for inaccuracies in submitted documents.
5. Payments and Transactions
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details and making timely payments for requested services. eDocTrack is not liable for errors in payment information provided by users. All financial transactions are processed securely according to industry standards.
6. Data Privacy and Protection
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, eDocTrack collects, processes, and stores personal data solely for the purpose of providing document processing services. Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data for service delivery, workflow management, reporting, and system improvement. Personal information is secured through encryption and access control measures. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
7. System Availability
eDocTrack strives for uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect system availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
eDocTrack is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system, including but not limited to document loss, delayed processing, or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
9. Account Termination
eDocTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or unauthorized access attempts. Users are notified prior to termination whenever possible.
10. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, system functionality, or policy improvements. Continued use of the system after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines and applicable data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Disputes arising from the use of eDocTrack shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
